Vanuatu reopens to fully vaccinated international travellers

Vanuatu Tourism Office, via its official website, announced (01-Jul-2022) the reopening of Vanuatu's international borders to all fully vaccinated travellers, effective 01-Jul-2022. Travellers aged two and over must present one of the following upon flight check-in:

  • Negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 24 to 72 hours prior to departure;
  • Negative COVID-19 supervised RAT test taken within 24 hours of departure;
  • Positive COVID-19 RAT or PCR test taken at least eight days but no more than two months before date of departure.

Travellers will not be required to test or quarantine upon arrival. Face masks must be worn by all travellers aged 12 and over onboard flights to Vanuatu and within airport terminals.
