Western Cape and Cape Town's Tourism, Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Wesgro) confirmed (05-Feb-2018) the following operational changes, which are expected to support the Cape Town Air Access initiative:
- Kenya Airways: Increase Nairobi-Livingstone-Cape Town frequency from three to four times weekly, effective 25-Mar-2018. Commence three times weekly Nairobi-Cape Town service on 06-Jun-2018;
- TAAG: Increase Luanda-Cape Town frequency from three to four times weekly with Boeing 777-300 equipment, effective 25-Mar-2018;
- Air Mauritius: Deploy A340-300 equipment on Mauritius-Cape Town service, effective 28-Mar-2018.
